Battery value chains are being built globally as the massive migration for fossil to electric is underway. Many factors are critical to success: access to critical raw materials, new manufacturing, and building a thriving ecosystem that includes all the stakeholders, especially the talent required to achieve this ambition.
The InnoEnergy Skills Institute is supporting this energy transition by helping to equip the global workforce with the skills needed for the energy transition. IESI emerged from InnoEnergy’s mandate to build a battery value chain via the European Battery Alliance since 2017. This effort includes a pan European goal to skill up to 800,000 workers. IESI has supported efforts in North America since 2021.
Please join us for a discussion on the race for talent globally and opportunities for partnership to address this challenge.
