Overview

Please note that this presentation will be held in French

On February 14, 2024, Valentine’s Day, we invite you to celebrate all things red—which is also the colour of the emergency code!

At this conference, we will present the best practices to prevent your company from having to launch a code red following a white-collar crime, particularly in the typical case involving data theft or internal financial fraud.

The agenda will cover both prevention (your company’s privacy obligations, measures to protect your trade secrets and other confidential information, risk management) and response actions (best practices when fraud is detected, obligations, remedies available to enforce your rights and injunctive relief in the form of an Anton Piller order).

You may attend the training in person at our Montréal office or via webinar.
