Over the last few years, Canada has proposed several green energy tax incentives to encourage the development of the green economy and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. These proposals include clean energy investment tax credits, the introduction and expansion of activities eligible for corporate tax rate reductions, the extension of the flow-through share regime, and the expansion of the critical mineral exploration tax credit. In this session, our panel will highlight the key features of these incentives, summarize their status, and provide insight into how you can take advantage of these incentives.
