Overview

Please note that this presentation will be held in French

In recent years, the coming into force of new environmental regulations has had a major impact on the Québec real estate sector, a trend that will continue to gain momentum in the near future.

During this training session, we will discuss current topics such as the new Bill 41, an Act respecting the environmental performance of buildings (standards, measuring tool, performance ratings, public register, monetary administrative penalties and penal sanctions, impacts, etc.), and municipal regulations promoting environmentally friendly and energy-efficient real estate development.

Our speakers will also cover the latest environmental regulations adopted abroad that are likely to be imported into Québec.
