Join us for the second event in the Early Career Series, presented by Fasken and the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers. This panel discussion is tailored for early-career Black lawyers navigating their professional journeys. We will explore effective stress management, strategies for balancing work-life commitments, and ways to foster a supportive professional environment.

This discussion will include the following:

  • Strategies to empower Black lawyers to navigate challenges without internalizing blame, fostering resilience and self-compassion
  • Practical approaches for Black lawyers to integrate wellness into their legal practice and prioritize self-care
  • The importance of community and mentorship in fostering wellness
