Join Fasken’s Indigenous Legal Matters group for an insightful morning seminar on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.
 
Don’t miss this complimentary event (either in-person in Vancouver or via our webinar) that will delve into a transformative year for the development of the law relating to Indigenous Legal Matters.  The presentation will cover recent significant cases including Ontario (Attorney General) v. Restoule (SCC), Shot Both Sides v. Canada (SCC), and Thomas v Rio Tinto Alcan (BCCA) and their implications, as well as a discussion of Dickson v. Vuntut Gwitchin First Nation (SCC) from Fasken counsel who argued the case on behalf of Ms. Dickson.
