Overview

Unionized employers in the public and private sectors faced several challenges while getting back to business in 2024. From workplace investigations to employee privacy, employers were met with legal challenges on several fronts which ushered in notable precedent.

In this “Year in Review” presentation, we will cover significant labour law cases from this past year, covering a number of topics including discipline, dismissals, and collective agreement interpretation. Be prepared to wear your adjudicating hat as we review case law and ask you to weigh in.
