Overview

Where do we draw the line between freedom of expression and an employee’s duty of loyalty? This is a thorny issue which, in the age of social media, is increasingly encountered by employers and human resources professionals on a daily basis.

During this training session, you will learn about recent trends in this area and examine an employer’s rights and remedies in situations where these two fundamental concepts clash.

This insightful conference will also give you an in-depth look into the concepts of an employee’s freedom of expression and their duty of loyalty to better equip you to effectively navigate the complex landscape of modern labour relations.
