A total of over 30 hours of training accredited by the Québec Bar will be available to you. 20 training courses, two of which are available in English, cover a variety of topics across a number of areas of law, including employment law, cybersecurity, intellectual property, real estate and the latest developments in litigation and business law.
As the official legal partner of the Canadian Paralympic Committee (CPC), Fasken again invites you to make a voluntary donation to the CPC in exchange for participating in this year’s Blitz. This is a unique opportunity to complete your mandatory training hours while supporting a good cause!
Certificate of Participation - New Process
This year, for each training module that you view and for which you complete the Certificate of Participation Form in the resources section of the video, a certificate of participation will be automatically sent to you. Find out more about how to obtain your certificates of participation (PDF, 287 KB).
To receive your certificates for the current reference period, you must view the training modules before 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2025. Note, however, that the your continuing education file must be submitted to the Québec Bar ( Barreau du Québec) by April 30, 2025.
Certificates will be sent no later than April 4, 2025. If you are missing certificates after this date, please contact us.

Mandatory Ethics and Professional Conduct Training
Three of the 30 hours of continuing education must be in ethics and professional conduct or professional practice for every two-year period. The member must choose these hours from among the relevant courses recognized by the Québec Bar. The Paralympic Foundation of Canada was founded in 2015 as the philanthropic arm of the Canadian Paralympic Committee (CPC) with a mandate to raise funds to support the programs and activities of the CPC.
