Frédéric Magnan joined Fasken’s Québec City office in the summer of 2023.
Before pursuing law, Frédéric obtained a degree in Police Technology and had the opportunity to work for various government organizations such as the Sûreté du Québec and the Directeur des poursuites criminelles et pénales du Québec.
Frédéric distinguishes himself at the Faculty of Law through his involvement as President of the Comité étudiant en droit criminel et pénal and as Vice President of Finance of the Comité étudiant en droit du travail of Université Laval.
During his last year of studies, Frédéric had the opportunity to intern with the Honourable Christian Boutin, Judge of the Court of Québec. He also participated in the Pierre-Basile-Mignault Moot Court on Civil Law.
Outside of his professional activities, Frédéric is passionate about skiing, soccer and travelling.
