Overview

Frédéric St-Jean is a member of the Corporate/Commercial Group in the Québec City office. His practice focuses on transactional mandates, including venture capital financing, mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.

Frédéric assists clients at every stage of a company’s life cycle, from setting up the initial structure to integrating assets following the closing of a transaction. He has a particular interest in the emerging technology sector, where he is involved in financing rounds and in the corporate organization of start-up companies.

He joined the Fasken team in 2020, after completing his articling at the firm.
