Gabriel Paradis is a lawyer in our Tax group at the Montréal office. He advises entrepreneurs and corporations at various stages of life, including issues related to their tax and legal structure, reorganizations, transactions and disputes with tax authorities.
Gabriel has a master’s degree in tax law from HEC Montréal and the Université de Montréal and also holds a DESS in taxation from HEC Montréal.
He is involved in his community and is a member of the Québec Bar, the Association de planification fiscale et financière and the Canadian Tax Foundation.
Before joining Fasken, Gabriel practised tax law with an international accounting firm and a provincial law firm.
