Gabriella is a lawyer in the Banking & Finance group in our Montréal office. Her practice focuses on banking law, where she regularly represents both institutional lenders and borrowers in various financing transactions.
Before being called to the Québec Bar in 2019, Gabriella obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Montréal in 2017. Throughout her university career, she particpated in a student exchange that allowed her to complete part of her studies at the University of Bologna, in Italy. Gabriella then continued her studies and obtained her JD in North American Common Law from the Université de Montréal.
Prior to joining Fasken, Gabriella was a lawyer in a Montréal law firm specialized in real estate and business law. Her practice allowed her to gain experience in both the fields of real estate financing and corporate financing.
