Gagan has represented large multinational corporations, product manufacturers, developers, construction trades, consultants, entrepreneurs, institutional banks, mortgage investment corporations (MICs), private lenders, franchisees and franchisors, general contractors, and technology companies. Gagan also has extensive experience in home warranty matters and regularly acts as counsel for both home warranty providers and registered builders.
Gagan joined Fasken as a Seconded Articling Student and later became an Associate in 2018. Since joining Fasken, Gagan has advocated on behalf of his clients in trials and appeals in all levels of court in British Columbia as well as in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as arbitration and mediation.
With a commitment to providing outstanding service, Gagan assists clients located across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley with a wide variety of complex, multi-go liability, banking, construction, aviation, contractual and commercial litigation matters.
Gagan has represented financial institutions, secured and unsecured creditors as well as private investors in various proceedings, including contested disputes concerning the validity and priority of security interests.
