Geneviève Thibault is a lawyer in our Corporate/Commercial group at the Montréal office.
Geneviève’s practice particularly focuses on investment funds, banking and real estate law.
Geneviève has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2022 and completed her studies in civil law and common law in 2020, after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in security and police studies from the Université de Montréal in 2017.
This unique academic background allowed her to take part in a moot competition on corporate governance and economic crimes.
Prior to joining Fasken, Geneviève worked as legal counsel for a leading commercial real estate financing organization.
