Overview

Glen is a commercial litigator who specializes in insolvency and restructuring matters. He advises clients on all aspects of commercial insolvency proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, as well as on enforcement and realization.

Glen has been involved in significant insolvency files as counsel for a variety of stakeholders, including debtor companies, lenders, and court’s officers (monitors, receivers, and trustees).

Glen also acts for clients involved in general commercial disputes, including with claims arising from fraudulent conveyances and preferences. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, and at the Supreme Court of Canada.
