She has particular experience and expertise advising on market inquiries, having advised on the Online Intermediation Platforms Market Inquiry and being involved in the on-going Media and Digital Platforms Market Inquiry.
She also has experience in South African merger control matters and is involved in litigation, including cartel and abuse of dominance matters, in the banking, pharmaceutical and liquid fuels industries.
Hadassah also assists clients with competition law advisory support, including on the notifiability of corporate transactions to the competition authorities, and frequently presents compliance training on a range of competition law topics.
