Jade Paquin-Robidoux is a labour, employment and human rights lawyer whose practice is focused on the protection of personal information and privacy, cybersecurity, psychological harassment in the workplace and other general labour and employment matters.
Jade advises both private companies and public bodies as well as unionized and non-unionized workplaces. She has experience in all legal governance issues related to data protection, privacy and access to information.
In her practice, Jade also advises employers in labour and employment law on any issues regarding workplace psychological harassment, human rights and freedoms and managing labour relations.
As a result, Jade often represents her clients before various courts and administrative tribunals in Québec such as the Administrative Labour Tribunal, the Administrative Labour Tribunal and the superior courts.
