Joanne Meadowcroft is a seasoned Law Clerk and member of Fasken’s Real Estate group in Toronto. With more than 30 years of experience, she provides advise on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.
She leverages her extensive experience to assist in all aspects of transactional matters including commercial acquisitions, dispositions and financings of office buildings, vacant lands, shopping centres and industrial properties, in the GTA and surrounding areas.
Involved with the transaction all the way through, Joanne executes all aspects of the closing documents, conducts and reviews electronic searches of title, corporate and security searches, undertakes off-title inquiries, electronic registration of title documentation, and drafts various reports to clients.
She also assists in sophisticated real estate transactions, portfolios and developments on behalf of pension funds, private developers and lenders.
