He advises companies at every stage of their development, with a particular focus on financing rounds and corporate governance. He drafts and negotiates various commercial contracts, including SaaS contracts and personal information processing agreements.
He has extensive experience in the field of privacy, assisting companies with the implementation of privacy compliance programs. He also assists with projects involving cross-border data transfers and projects involving the processing of biometric characteristics.
