Johanne Janelle has been a corporate paralegal since 1986. She specializes in corporate transactional matters and is a member of Fasken’s Business Law Group in Montréal.
Ms. Janelle works with lawyers to prepare closing documents for various transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and fiscal and commercial reorganizations. She also conducts minute book reviews and corporate searches as part of due diligence. She attends pre-closings and closings with the lawyers and prepares, for both clients and firm lawyers, corporate documents related to incorporations, organizations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, roll-overs, estate freezes and other share-related transactions.
