Karla Tejeda-Iglesias is a student at our Montréal office.
Karla completed her Bachelor of Arts at McGill University prior to law school. She received the distinction of First Class Joint Honours in political science and German studies, and was included on the Dean’s Honour List. She has twice received the Angela C. Kramer Memorial Award in German Studies for her outstanding work within the department.
Karla is pursuing her Bachelor of Civil Law and Juris Doctor studies at McGill University, with a minor in Hispanic Studies. Her experience includes clerking at the City of Montréal Municipal Court and working at the Legal Information Clinic at McGill. Both have deepened her interest in judicial institutions and access to justice.
Outside of her rich academic career, Karla enjoys soccer, textile arts and the opportunity to practise her German at the faculty Stammtisch.
