Overview

Karo is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group in our Quebec City office. As part of her practice, she is involved in all types of civil and commercial litigation, as well as class actions.

Rigorous and proactive, Karo joined the Fasken team after completing her law degree at the University of Sherbrooke. During her final year of studies, she completed an internship with the judiciary in connection with the hearing of a large-scale class action.

In addition to her litigation practice, Karo also has extensive experience with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), advising companies on all matters relating to foreign labour, including the hiring of foreign workers and compliance with immigration programs.
