Kimberly is a paralegal with Fasken’s real estate team in Montreal. She performs various researches at the land register, municipalities, school boards, Industry Canada, the Enterprise Registry, and she prepares opinions on titles. She also drafts notices of leases, acquittances and as well as certain documents that are published in the land register.
Kimberly is also a notary by profession and began her career as a notary in a traditional practice before joining Fasken’s real estate team.
Kimberly obtained her diploma in paralegal technology from O'Sullivan College, her law degree from the University of Quebec in Montreal and her Diploma in Notarial Law from the University of Montreal.
