British Columbia
The government announced that the temporary COVID-19 Crisis Supplement for eligible income and disability assistance recipients will be extended to the end of August 2020. The $300 supplement will be automatically applied to cheques distributed on July 22, 2020 and August 26, 2020.
Manitoba

New Brunswick

Newfoundland and Labrador
The Premier and the Minister of Education and Early Development released the Newfoundland and Labrador K-12 Education Re-entry Plan for a return to school in September 2020. The Plan provides for three scenarios:
- in-school classes resume (near normal with health measures);
- in-school classes partially resume (with additional health measures); and
- at-home learning (in-school classes are suspended/cancelled).
Nova Scotia

Ontario

Prince Edward Island

Quebec
The Minister of Health and the Director of Public Health reminded business owners, and in particular operators of bars, commercial terraces, and swimming pools, to follow public health rules or risk penalties (including license revocation).
The government also published a Summary of Reopened Activities confirming:
- which activities are permitted and which remain prohibited;
- the rules for authorized outdoor and indoor gatherings; and
- that as of July 13, 2020, masks or face coverings will be mandatory on all public transit in Quebec for those 12 years of age or older.
Saskatchewan
