Overview

Laura is an associate in Fasken’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group with a focus on commercial disputes. She represents clients in complex litigation and arbitration, including on matters related to shareholder disputes, breach of contract, theft of confidential business information, and breach of fiduciary duty. Laura has appeared as counsel in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and Court of Appeal for British Columbia.

Laura graduated from the University of Ottawa’s English Common Law program. During law school, she worked on several community-based research and advocacy projects. Laura completed her articles at Fasken after clerking for four Justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Outside of work, Laura spends her time swimming or watching Formula 1 and Sail GP.
