Overview

Léa Pascale Fauteux Filiatrault is a lawyer in our Corporate/Commercial group at the Montréal office.

As part of her practice, Léa Pascale advises clients on investment funds and asset management. She also has extensive knowledge of compliance, as well as U.S. and cross-border operations.

Léa Pascale became a member of the Québec Bar in 2022 after obtaining her law degree from the Université de Montréal. She is also pursuing postgraduate studies to obtain a Juris Doctor in North American common law.

In 2022, she participated in the private international law courses of The Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands.

Prior to joining Fasken, Léa Pascale worked as a legal and regulatory compliance counsel in one of Canada’s largest corporate financial groups.
