Louis Carrière is a civil and commercial litigator. He has a vast experience before the Quebec courts.
Louis has remarkable experience regarding shareholders’ disputes, professional and product liability claims and bankruptcy and insolvency matters. He also excels in construction litigation and, as such, judiciously advises primary surety firms, contractors and suppliers.
Louis lectured at the École du Barreau du Québec and was a trainer for the Association provinciale des constructeurs d’habitations du Québec (APCHQ).
