Luca Manfredi is a Technical Advisor in the Intellectual Property group at our Montréal office since September 2022.
As part of his practice, he advises clients on taking out patents on innovations mainly from the mechanical and life sciences fields. His in-depth knowledge of chemical and biochemical engineering contributes significantly to the effective protection of innovations in intellectual property.
Prior to joining Fasken, Luca completed his professional Bar training with a national boutique law firm specializing in intellectual property. He also worked for several years with the Official Opposition in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, where his communication and research skills were widely recognized. Passionate about scuba diving, Luca never misses an opportunity to travel and explore new countries.
Luca has advanced training in engineering and completed his law studies at the Université de Montréal in 2021.
