Lucy is an Associate in Fasken’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, appeals, and ESG-related litigation.
Lucy has represented clients in high-valued, complex, and time-sensitive litigation from inception to trial, including on issues related to breach of contract, shareholder disputes, professional negligence and fraud. Lucy also has experience in bringing and responding to appeals, up to leave applications to the Supreme Court of Canada.
Prior to joining Faskens, Lucy worked at a top litigation firm in Toronto. She graduated from Queen’s University, Faculty of Law, where she was elected and served as President of the Law Students’ Society.
