Malissa is a real estate paralegal with Fasken’s Montreal office. As such Malissa, drafts title opinions and various deeds for registration at the Land Register. She also conducts title and off-title searches and performs various searches at the land register, municipalities, school boards, Quebec Enterprise Registrar and Corporations Canada.
Prior to joining Fasken, Malissa began her career as a notary in a traditional practice. She obtained her law degree and her master’s degree in Notarial Law from the University of Montreal.
