Overview

Marie-Eve Labonté is a lawyer in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at our Montréal office. As part of her practice, she handles various civil and commercial litigation cases.

More specifically, Marie-Eve assists clients in the areas of estate litigation. She regularly represents clients, both individuals and companies, before various courts.

Moreover, Marie-Eve drafts legal bulletins that provide updates on decisions of interest in the field of civil, commercial and estate litigation. 

Marie-Eve obtained in 2019 a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sherbrooke, coop program, and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2020.

She joined the Fasken team as a student in 2019, and joined the litigation team following her being called to the Quebec Bar.
