Overview

Marie-Gabrielle Bélanger practises labour and employment law, dealing with all facets of the employment relationship. She developed competencies with regards to psychological harassment cases, acting sometimes as an investigator, sometimes as an advisor in the processing of complaints, both in the provincial and federal sector.

She also provides advice on various aspects of labour and employment law, including collective agreements, labour relations and standards, and workplace health and safety. Marie-Gabrielle represents clients before administrative and civil tribunals in employment-related disputes involving disciplinary measures, employer’s management rights, absenteeism and psychological harassment. In recent years, changes in the workplace have led her to develop extensive experience in new work processes, in particular telework.
