Mary Wallace is a natural resources and infrastructure lawyer in Fasken’s Vancouver office. Mary works on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters, with a practice focused on infrastructure, mining, energy, transportation, and natural resources.
Mary’s practice includes advising owners with respect to procurement processes and contracts for infrastructure and other construction projects, including marine transportation infrastructure and pipelines, as well as operational commercial arrangements.
Mary frequently advises clients on environmental assessments, permitting, agreements with Indigenous nations, and environmental and regulatory compliance issues.
