Mathieu Daponte is an associate in the Labour, Employment and Human Rights Group at our Montreal office. With a diverse background in litigation, with an emphasis on administrative and labour law, Mathieu represents clients before multiple administrative and judicial instances.
Prior to joining Fasken, he worked in the legal department of a public company, where he gained a reputation for managing a large number of medico-legal cases. During his graduate studies, he wrote a master's thesis on the ethical responsibilities of medical experts in civil and administrative cases.
