Overview

Maxime-Arnaud Keable is a seasoned litigator whose practice is focused on complex commercial litigation. In particular, he has developed keen knowledge of public and administrative law. Maxime-Arnaud has recently acted in cases involving challenges to government decrees and municipal by-laws, and in appeals for judicial review. He also practises disciplinary and criminal law.

His detailed knowledge of public and administrative law makes him a leading strategic advisor to public organizations, professional orders and educational institutions as well as to private companies that contract with various government and municipal authorities in diverse areas, including natural resources.

In the area of government contracts, Maxime-Arnaud advises clients on the regulatory framework governing the public tendering process, the obligations incumbent on both owners and bidders, and the remedies available to parties in the event of a dispute.

As part of his commercial litigation practice, Maxime-Arnaud appears before both civil courts and arbitration tribunals.
