Overview

McKenzie is an articling student and recent graduate from the Faculty of Law at the University of Calgary. During law school, McKenzie volunteered with the Consent Project at Pro Bono Students Canada and as a caseworker for Student Legal Assistance. In her final year of law school, McKenzie also competed in the Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot in Toronto.

McKenzie also has a Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies with High Distinction from Carleton University. Prior to pursuing her career in law, McKenzie worked in a range of industries from agriculture and oil and gas to entertainment and marketing.

McKenzie currently volunteers for the Calgary Stampede on the Youth Livestock Committee.

In her spare time, McKenzie loves riding horses, helping out on the farm, and skiing.
