Michal Raviv is a Senior Associate in the Finance and Projects practice area in Johannesburg.

Michal has experience acting for a variety of lenders and borrowers within the Banking and Finance practice area. She specialises in banking and finance transactions including leveraged finance, asset finance and preference share transactions. Her involvement has included reviewing and drafting of various finance documents, including loan documents, security documents, corporate resolutions and legal opinions.
