Morgan Guyot is a lawyer in the Corporate/Commercial Group in our Montréal office.
Morgan’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, investment management, venture capital and real estate partnerships. As part of his practice, Morgan assists clients from a variety of industries, including food, automotive and healthcare, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions.
Morgan has been a member of the New York State Bar Association since 2015 and the Barreau de Paris since 2016.
Prior to joining Fasken, Morgan worked in Paris, spending two years with an American law firm and an additional five years working for an independent law firm.
