Navisha has experience in Mergers & Acqusitions, particularly in the private M&A sphere, and has provided legal advice on a wide range of company law related and contractual matters. She has assisted in preparing transactional agreements, as well as negotiating and concluding share purchase transactions. Navisha has also conducted, managed and assisted in various due diligence processes for clients in the aviation, pharmaceutical and healthcare, insurance, mining and telecommunications industry. She has also provided advice on B-BBEE transactions and the conformity of such transactions with applicable B-BBEE legislation.
