Naya is a labour, employment, and human rights lawyer in Fasken’s Vancouver office, providing practical and effective legal advice to a broad range of employers.
Naya assists employers in preventing and resolving workplace disputes. Her passion for labour, employment and human rights law stems from her previous experience as a small business owner in the traffic control industry. Naya has a personal understanding of the day-to-day challenges facing employers and works to provide practical, effective, and efficient solutions to workplace issues.
Before joining Fasken, Naya articled and practiced law at a large employment and labour boutique firm in Vancouver. She also worked at the Law Centre and Business Law Clinic, providing legal assistance to individuals and small businesses that could not afford a lawyer.
