Fasken Martineau honoured by arts organization The Darling Foundry in recognition of the firm’s 20 years of contribution.

Montréal, Canada - Fasken Martineau, a leading business law and litigation firm, was honoured last Thursday August 7, by Montréal arts organization The Darling Foundry/Quartier Éphémère in recognition of the firm's 20 years of active contribution.

The nonprofit organization presented the firm with a work of art by artist Aude Moreau at a recognition reception attended by Éric Bédard, Managing Partner for the Québec region. Guests included Richard Clare, partner in the firm and president of the Board of Directors of The Darling Foundry/Quartier Éphémère; Maurice Forget, counsel, patron of the arts and curator in charge of Fasken Martineau's contemporary art collection; Caroline Andrieux, founder of The Darling Foundry/Quartier Éphémère and many more.

Fasken Martineau's support of The Darling Foundry is a reflection of the firm's tradition, begun over half a century ago, to encourage the development of emerging artists and the contemporary art scene. The firm has succeeded in its efforts, thanks to the dedicated actions of its partners, who are personally involved and volunteer to benefit countless cultural institutions in Montréal.
