Montréal (Canada) - Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law and litigation firm, announced today that it advised Omega Laboratories on the sale of the business to Sagent Pharmaceuticals. The transaction was worth C$95 million.
Established in Montréal, Omega Laboratories offers the pharmaceutical industry a full range of specialized products and services. One of its specialties is manufacturing a wide range of injectable and non-injectable solutions. Sagent Pharmaceuticals is an American pharmaceutical products company based in Illinois.
