Droit-Inc. mentions Montréal lawyers Pierre Y. Lefebvre, Vincent Cérat Lagana and Nikolas Blanchette, and Ottawa lawyers Leslie Milton, in an article on the Supreme Court, which has released its decision in the case between Rogers Communications and the City of Châteauguay.
Pierre Y. Lefebvre, a Fasken partner at the Montréal office, stated: “This is an important confirmation of federal jurisdiction in relation to radiocommunication and telecommunications and the fact that the orderly and efficient deployment of the infrastructure needed for providing those services is central to that jurisdiction.”
