“There are more exhibitors than in past years, more students and they are better prepared than before,” she remarked. They have access to more tools. They show up and they already know quite a bit about our firm. Things are changing, as is our industry. More and more companies are hiring their own lawyers. The large firms have to adapt and work harder to go out in search of mandates.”
