Paul Grewal practices corporate commercial law with a particular emphasis on secured lending and real estate. Jason Harris is a corporate and commercial lawyer who acts for entrepreneurs and professionals at all stages of business development, from start-up to cashing out. This includes business acquisitions and sales, succession planning, and corporate reorganizations. Jason also advises clients on their estate planning objectives.
