Toronto (Canada) – Our team is growing! For the fourth consecutive month at least one new partner has joined the Firm. They include Corry Clark, Henrick Simard, Erin Porter and Francois Joubert.
“We welcome our new partners to the Fasken team,” said Peter Feldberg, Firm Managing Partner. “Their expertise builds on our strengths in key areas.”
Corry is a corporate commercial litigator in our Surrey office, with the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Group. Her practice covers civil litigation and arbitration, with a focus on commercial, corporate and real estate disputes.
Henrick is part of our Corporate/Commercial Group in our Québec City office, focusing on M&A and Corporate Finance. He has extensive experience in the private capital sector, having contributed to the creation of a number of investment funds.
Erin joined our Labour, Employment and Human Rights Group in Toronto. She is an alumna of the Firm, having practiced as an associate at Fasken before working for 11 years as an in-house lawyer for a large operator of retirement and long term care homes.
Francois has just started in our Johannesburg office. He is an environmental lawyer in our Global Mining Group. Francois has expertise in a number of areas including natural resources, mining, power oil & gas, safety and health and industrial related sectors.
These additions reflect Fasken’s business strategy of bringing the best legal talent to the Firm.
