Droit-inc quotes Montréal lawyers, Emilie Bundock and Jean-Philippe Therriault, in an article on the evolution of environmental law.
On February 14, Emilie Bundock will present the training session 2018 Annual Review of Environmental Law along with her colleague from Fasken, Jean-Philippe Therriault.
“With the law’s new provisions, it is evolving quickly. It is now impossible to consider projects without having an aspect of social acceptability at heart,” she tells Droit-Inc.
“It seems to have been a real concern of the Quebec government to protect the environment, including natural habitats, and also to protect people from noise,” he emphasizes.
