Vancouver (Canada) – Fasken welcomes Sandy (Ningyan) Wang as Counsel to the Corporate Commercial Group in the BC Region.
Sandy is an experienced business lawyer with a thorough understanding of the business and legal environments in Canada and China. She has practised for more than 16 years in business and corporate and securities law. Her primary focus is capital markets, corporate financing, M&As and commercial transactions.
