Québec City (Canada) – Fasken announces the arrival of Pascal Provost, a new lawyer in Real Estate Practice, based in our Québec City office.
Specialized in real estate development since he began practising, Pascal will advise and represent clients in various aspects of commercial real estate law, including financing, real estate investments and partnerships, acquisitions, dispositions, all types of lease agreements and construction matters.

This arrival is part of the growth plan of our Québec City office, which has just welcomed four new lawyers to its team over the last few weeks. In addition to Danny Galarneau who joined the ranks of the Tax Litigation Group, having worked for more than 15 years in litigation at Revenu Québec, we welcomed William Deneault-Rouillard and Steven Brassard to the same team. William, who holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Law (Artificial Intelligence), will join the Corporate and Commercial Law Group, while Steven will join the Labour, Employment and Human Rights Group.
